Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times & Rates

Standard Shipping (Canada): 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping (Canada): 2–5 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (subject to destination and customs)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees incurred upon international delivery.

Shipping Delays

Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact returns@youghallbeach.com with your order number.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
